Interesting at times, but it also feels like the success story of someone who got lucky. The author frequently preaches that it is necessary to teach principles, but nothing ever really indicates that these principles have any relation to the company’s prior successes. In fact, the principles had barely been defined and were not much more than the fancy of the author’s personal musings.
